After waiting 3-month, I got Myvi. Still remembered the days before took the car, I imsomnia. Kept thinking how should I drive the car back. Luckily a good car agent helped me to drive the car to my house with car window tinted. Thanks ya.

Wish myself could advance in driving skill as soon as possible. ;)

"USED vs. Loved"

While a man was polishing his new car, his 4 yr old son picked up a stone and scratched lines on the side of the car. In anger, the man took the child's hand and hit it many times; not realizing he was using a wrench.

At the hospital, the child lost all his fingers due to multiple fractures. When the child saw his father.....with painful eyes he asked, 'Dad when will my fingers grow back?'

The man was so hurt and speechless; he went back to his car and kicked it a lot of times. Devastated by his own actions..... ....sitting in front of that car he looked at the scratches; the child had written 'LOVE YOU DAD'.

The next day that man committed suicide. . ...

Jonker 88 located at hot spot of Malaca, Jonker Street. This café is famous with their cendol among the tourist and locals. The crowd is always building up. This time I want to enter into the crowd and decided to order the original Baba Cendol. There got so many different kind of cendol with different topping.

At the same time, decided to order Nyonya Asam Laksa. It's totally different from Penang Asam Laksa. It's hot and spicy and sour.

Hajime, a japanese restaurant that recommended by Yian last year if not mistaken. I always hope to dining there. Unfortunately I did not have chance to go over. In fact, I forgot this. Thanks J’s reminder and suggestion having lunch on National day this year at Hajime.

I love the interior design. It’s so confortable and warm cos of the light and decoration. With a manner serving, they suggested us to take their reasonable and good deal of lunch set. We enjoyed our delicious and yummy japanese food. Yummy!

Ideals list to photograph and 15-minute photo challenge per day

Sometime I seem like absolutely nothing to photograph. I have bored on the regular photo subjects. To open something new and creative from us, it seems impossible at times. In fact, finding new shooting subjects are not even hard if we’re paying more attention to the things all around us. It’s truth.

Few days ago, watched through Gavin Hoey’s 15-minnute photo challenge on YouTube. Honestly not even watch through all his 15-minute photo challenge, but his passionate is good motivation to my photograph. I loved the 15-minute photo challenge. May be I should have a private time with my camera.

Meanwhile I found an interested “photographer’s jump-start idea list”. This is helpful for us to find out new subjects around us. Are you able to list down new subject shooting list from A to Z? It sounds kind of challenge for me. I tried to list down the subject inside my room and make it creative to shoot.

Durian Buffet @ SS2

Again, it's durian season now. You can see durian stalls every where you go. Many durian stalls near the rows of bridal shops at SS2 having durian buffets. For only RM10, you can eat until you get full. The cheapest durian buffet offers is RM9 per person for Durian Kampung. Another promotion going on was RM15 for D24 durians.

Due to there's too many people, we went to the next stall, Donald's Durian. They have the buffet RM10 for Durian Kampung and RM20 for D24 durians. They had some varieties of durians. We decided to try RM10 and I would say it's worth to try. Now, I'm drooling.

Yesterday a song kept singing inside me, “Give me a joyful heart” from Heavenly Melody. It’s really amazing; it’s an old song that I listened 10 years ago. I felt grateful that my confident was coming back yesterday. Did tell myself, I’m not that worse as people thought. Nobody can judge me, except God. Now, I tell myself always look forward new and challenging thing in my life. Nothing at all to fear.

J did tell me earlier, a cook at PJ Uptown always scolds his staff while frying. Many people jokes will there any “extra ingredient” adds in. XD Of course, this is just a joke, do not take it serious.

We went there for our dinner 2 weeks ago. Thought we need to queue for longer time to get our order, luckily there had a good ordering management system. The delicious Hokkien Mee was serving less than 15 minutes after we ordered. They gain my heart (cos I do not like to wait :p).

I passed by Purple Cane Tea Restaurant many times which located at The Garden. Never have a meal there. Yesterday I decided to have my dinner there. Ordered 2 simple dishes (Beancurb with Sauce, Water Chestnut) and 1 soup (Lotus Root Soup). Curious while they mentioned the soup was in teapot. How a special serving and nice taste. Really love the soup in teapot so much, just it's not enough for two.

Amarin Heavenly Thai, a Thai restaurant that I always pass by while shopping at Mid Valley. I could not remember how many times I told myself dining myself there. Last Saturday, I was really 'hea' (Cantonese: meant enjoy and doing nothing). Together with J, we hanged out at The Garden and Mid Valley. We did plan having our lunch at Amarin Heavenly Thai.

This was not my first time having Thai food. I never really ordered Thai food myself before. So this time, I was looking on those dishes chef's recommended. We enjoyed a nice papaya salad, sizzling spicy tofu and tomyam gong. It's a nice lunch for me. So do J.

After the lunch, we miss it so much. :D

Being kidnapped by somebody

On 1 May, I was being kidnapped by my brother's family. Initially thought they already booked 3 days 2 nights hotel at Bukit Bintang. While we reached Gontong Jaya, I just realised they planned to stay 1 night at Gontong Jaya due to Genting's hotel were fully booked. From that moment, I tried to figure out how to go back myself from Genting. LOL It looked so impossible for me because they did not allow me to do so. And, kept inviting me to stay 1 night with them. Of course, I did spend a good vacation with them.

I was so happy while knowing Chi was coming to KL. Since last year she told us she will come for a meeting. Unfortunately the meeting relocated to other country. This time she came for an annual conference meeting. This was the first time I scheduled a food trip for her. Of course discussed with J.

Chi, the first time I met her was during a camp held at Sibu. After that, we met again twice during my Hong Kong trip on year 2008 and 2009. No matter how busy she is, she will arrange to have a dinner together. She shocked while I bought few pair of shoes together on my first Hong Kong trip. I still remember her face emotion. :D

This time was J and I turn to treat her a good trip in KL. The most funny thing was pay the bill while eating. During this few days, she knows us well and also we know her more. It's really a good time for me. I enjoyed it so much. Believe same to J and Chi.

Also, I experienced a lot of first time to Chi.

Meet Regina at Sibu

Cos of my sister in law's new baby girl, Regina was born before Chinese New Year. (the day before my birthday). My brother whole family unable to back Sibu for Chinese New Year celebration. So they decided follow me back before Chinese Qing Ming. We're able to go Qing Ming together this year.

Last few years I always spare my time at McDonald before boarding. This time I chosen Chocolate Lounge at LCCT due to air conditioning and non-public shareable wireless network. I ordered myself a honeydew green tea and toasted ham & cheese sandwiches. Is it costy? Yes. :D

First time I met with my niece, Regina. She is really adult face, not look like a kid. Anyway, still a cute and fat girl. She's really good girl, did not simply cry. Hope not become too naughty.

My nephew keeps calling me in house. Actually not only he, all my nieces and nephews like keep calling me on complaining to others. They know I will punish those naughty kids. :D On another way, they like to call me, cos I will buy them candy and goodies. Not always I will do that. Photostat money meh???

Heart of Gratitude

Today received a forwarded email from a friend. I truly agree the beautiful thing is seeing people smiling and I would like to share.

A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet.. He held up a sign which said: "I am blind, please help." There were only a few coins in the hat.
A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.

Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, "Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?"

The man said, "I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way."
I wrote: "Today is a beautiful day but I cannot see it."
Both signs told people that the boy was blind. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people that they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second sign was more effective?

Moral of the Story: Be thankful for what you have.. Be creative. Be innovative. Think differently and positively.

When life gives you a 100 reasons to cry, show life that you have 1000 reasons to smile Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear. Keep the faith and drop the fear.

Bak Kut Teh @ Restaurant Yi Xin Ge (一心阁)

Restaurant Yi Xin Ge (一心阁), a nice bah kut teh that always recommended by my friend. She always has lunch with her colleague there. Today I went there for my lunch. Bah kut teh is my favorite soup. The soup is always important to me. Yi Xin Ge serves a nice soup. Yummies!! Usually we have it together with yau char kuai and the soup. Of course, a dish of vegetable must help to balance up the food we took.

We ordered a pot of tea, 2 bowls of rice, 1 plates of yau char kuai and a bowl of bah kut teh with refill of soup again and again only cost RM27.90 for 2 person.

Broga Hill is not tough to hike. It takes roughly 30 minutes to reach the first peak (but not me.. Haha!). There are about 4 peaks to hike. Each with slightly different view and the further you go, the higher it is. It’s good to be prepared with insect repellant.

It's not first time visiting FGS. Anyway, this is my first time visiting FGS during Chinese New Year. I did hear there's very happening during CNY. Every year I saw a lot of photographer had their nice photograph there. And, J is the one wish to go there most. Honestly me too. LOL.

The day before Chap Goh Mei, I went there together with J and Y. Y surprised we went to "temple". Haha... I know the purpose I went there, is taking nice photograph. Unfortunately, I did not make it well due to the killing weather. It's too HOT!

Anyway, I still happy we could found FGS with GPS and had a nice visit.

A good news for pork lover. Ninja Joe is just newly open at Tropicana City Mall. They offered pork burger with 6 different flavors: Original, Teriyaki, Black pepper, Oriental, Sweet & Sour and Spicy. It based on the LG basement.

I had ordered 2 ninjas (Original and Teriyaki) and 2 lemonade. The set menu by adding RM3.00 with fries and drink. Cos of diet, I did not order the fries.

CNY "Balik Kampung"

Still a lot of people curious on how west malaysia look like. When I mentioned go to village, they will immediately respond "really got village". "Excuse me! East malaysia also got village lah!". My goodness... I never stayed at village for more than 1 week. Honestly I could live myself in village without media entertainment. It's not suit me. LOL.

Erica, Caityln, and Ella are getting elder now. This time CNY when they back to my eldest uncle's house at village, they requested me bringing them to see "animal". What are the "animal" mentioned? Cocks, hens, ducks, and dogs. Now my uncle do not have "pig" in his house. Not sure they will feel "excited" or "disgusting" to see the pig. Now I curious to know.

Actually I would like to bring them far around to have a look on what actually "VILLAGE" look like. But found out the pathway in village is changed. I did not back to village after my grandmum passed away. It's nearly 20 years. All my cousins are married and with their family. They had no time to entertain my nieces. And, also the most important the weather is too hot. So their "auntie" don wan to continue the village tour.

Friday dinner @ TGI Friday's

A lot of my friends talked and commented about TGIF food before. Actually I never been there once in my life. Yesterday, I dined myself at TGIF, Pavilion with J. J also surprised while I mentioned this was my first time. LOL.

Due to many comments I received from my friends, I was curious and feel lost while I read thru the menu. At last, I decided to order seafood, Key West Whitefish. And, J ordered herself Sizzling Chicken and Shrimp. It's Friday... So ordered myself Top Shelf Mojito with alcohol. :p

How's the food? Hmm... so far so good. In fact, I love the gravy served for sizzling chicken and shrimp so much. Of course, I like the sour taste of Key West Whitefish. Honestly a bit disappointed with the plate decoration. A nice decoration will always make me feel more appetite.

Recycle Bags

Few weeks ago, before MM came back to Malaysia, I did mention to her help me buy the recycle bags from Hong Kong. As I known during my trip last year @ 2009, HK is cheaper than Malaysia. Finally I got 3 bags with only HDK15. See the design of recycle bags that MM bought me from the picture below.

Until now, only the army recycle bag is used twice during my shopping. I love the recycle bags so much. It's convenient me to put all the things inside 1 bag instead of carrying so many bags to shop.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeyes, another new brand fast food spread very fast in Kuala Lumpur. I wish to try it while the first time I found it at Mid Valley. But fast food is not a good choice on my weekend food hunting.

Today is Federal Territory Day. I went to Wangsa Walk and found there got a branch there. So decided to give an opportunity to try it out. We order one fish sandwich and shrimp sandwich set with 2 drinks.

It costs us not more than RM18. Is it consider cheap? It's quite common expenditure for fast food.

Regarding the taste, nothing much special. But the ingredient is fresh, there's no promise all the branches of Popeyes have the same fresh ingredient.

Re-visit? Yes, I will. But not so often, cos I promised myself to slim down myself.

5 bags!!!

I just wondering 5 bags I got within 2 months. Three of them are from Hong Kong, and another 2 from PJ warehouse sales. I guess there's enough for me to use and no need to buy any new bag within 1 year. Hmm.... may be 6-month. haha... Lady's never feel enough. :p

Last Sunday morning, my neck and shoulder are seriously pain until I felt hard to wake up from my bed. I tried to put on massage plaster and cream to release pain, it seems not function well on me.

The next day I visited again to Doctor Low. She's very caring doctor. From the first day I visited her, I like her. She's like a mama, will nagging in front me. I told her visited her once before on neck cramp problem. I dare not to tell her that I always look for traditional massage.

When she knew that I visited her clinic 2 weeks ago on Friday, she asked me why I visited for. That time I was consulted by another young doctor as I know she is not working on Friday. For sure, 'mama' style doctor will look at my injured leg and consult me again.

Honestly she's really experienced. After her consult, my injured part is getting better today. No wonder people said "The old ginger is spicy". What does it meant? haha.... ;)

Finally last year end, I got myself a new watch, ESPRIT EQUALIZER chronography. Many friends thought I bought the watch from Hong Kong (cos just back from Hong Kong). Actually I got it while I shopping together with my friend at KL.

Unlucky Black Friday

Unlucky accident happened to me yesterday while I was thinking to make a call in a busy walking street. An irresponsible motor owner simply parked motor on a slanting location, the motor slipped down and fall on me while I passed by it. My legs injured and my pant broken. At last, I went to isetan to get a new skirt to change my broken pant.

After work, I decided to visit doctor to check my leg condition. The doctor was funny and checked thru my leg due to worry on born broken. While I checked to get my medicine, my goodness, so many medicine need to take. 2 types of pill to reduce pain, 1 pill to reduce swelling and 1 oil to apply on swelling part (per requested by me).

Hope my leg is getting better soon.

New Year Eve and Count Down

This year no more The curve. I went to Tropicana City mall for New Year Eve and count down. Surprised there got firework and so happening. So many residents around that area enjoyed the count down session so much. It's really a good event for them.

JB and Singapore short trip

After Christmas, I went to Johor Bharu to meet my dad and also visit my brother's family. The most I did there is shopping and playing with my nephew. He's really naughty and stubborn sometime. Finally the day before I back, I beat him cos he used the magic cube to beat my head. Either kid is angel or demon.

There's difference with ask and tell. I asked my dad wanna go Singapore. He said don't want. At last, I told him I want to go, did he want to follow me. Finally he said he want. hahaa... Now I know the difference and technique how to ask him.

I just went to Bugis junction mall to have a walk. We went to Sakae Teppanyaki having our lunch. My dad dare not to try to raw Sashimi. I ordered one set of grilled saishimi for him. Of course, my one is still raw one. :p

My dad is getting old. He's pretty tired after shopping. I decided to go back early and let him have a rest.

Restaurant Goldview Hakka Food

My friend did tell me few times that Suan Pan Zi (算盘子) is nice and hard to find at KL. This is a very traditional hakka food. Now not much people sell it.

I never try it before until today we went to PJ as recommended by Wong Chui Ling in her book. I actually quite excited waiting to try it out. After I taste it, it's very soft and tasty for me. I like it so much.

Company Xmas Lunch and Exchange Gift 2009

When I back from Hong Kong trip, I got the email from my colleague on his suggestion on exchange gift on 23 Dec. Even though my company is a Dutch company, but there is no culture to have Christmas dinner and exchange gift session together.

The suggestion excited everyone in our team. We had our own exchange gift session. Then the manager suggested to have Christmas lunch together (I just knew the lunch is not payed by company after my holiday back from JB).

A colleague asked me why our company do not have Christmas tree. I was in this company almost 4 years, I never see there's any festival decoration suggested by management. Never mind, we can have the Christmas tree in creative way. The designer draw a Christmas tree on the whiteboard.

My colleague and I tried to arrange the gift under the 'Christmas tree'. We had a lot of fun as well.

Xian Ding Wei 鲜定味

I had my dinner at Xian Ding Wei once. It looks similar to Fong Lye Restaurant I tried before at The Garden. Both are Taiwanese food. Xian Ding Wei located at One Utama. A lot of people are having their dinner there. The set of food is a bit costly. But the environment is quite nice. I enjoyed the environment more than the food. :p

Painting Fence

This was my first time painting fence. I still remembered my dad always paint the fence before Chinese New Year. I was not chosen to help him to paint the fence. Another mission always given by him is take care my youngest brother and sister inside the house.

It's really suffer to paint under the hot sun. I kept escape myself from the sun. Unluckily the sun kept playing with me. While I saw there's no sun, I walked out to paint the fence. Then it starts to follow me and shine on me.

Anyway, it's a great experience for me.

During this Hong Kong trip, had chance to shop myself in super market. A and I crazy on grabbing those items from tracks. I still remembered how crazy A is. She spent a lot there. LOL.

This Grill-A-Corn Lobster in Supreme Soup Flavoured is recommended by May². I bought 2 packs back due to the special offer. It's nice until the ant came and ate my snack as well (I could not finish one pack at a time).

It's not manageable to go there. This time cos of going to Tao Fong Shan which located nearest to Sha Tin. My dream comes true. Thanks their patient of accompanying me to have one round there.

I saw all the kids are crazy and fun in the snoopy world. It's envy I do not have such great memories. Anyway, I still happy that my dream comes true. LOL...

I known Tao Fong Shan Service Unit last year. Alison did tell me this is a temple long time ago, now becomes a Christian ministry service unit.

Areopagos is a ministry unit which named Christian Mission to Buddhists (CMB) earlier. Since 1926, Areopagos established at China, then Hong Kong Tao Fong Shan. Star Seafood Restaurant Dim Sum [at] Hong Kong

If you watch Hong Kong movie often, you will know Hong Kong dim sum is very famous. They always mention 'yam cha' at dim sum restaurant. This time during my trip to Hong Kong, Maymay picked us from hotel and brought us to a traditional and normal dim sum restaurant. Once I tasted them, wow.... I love it..

Star seafood restaurant is not the top famous restaurant in Hong Kong. It's already very nice dim sum for me. I do hope next time I eat dim sum at Malaysia, I still managed to eat them. LOL. Because only 3 of us, we did not ordered too many varieties of dim sum. Alison and I are not big eater. (Even though our size is big).. Haiz... gonna to keep fit from now. :(

Finally we managed to finish all the dim sum we ordered. Of course, we also forced Maymay to eat together with us. We fat, she also must fat. Wakakaa..... Then we keep fit together. :p

This cafe is really original and famous in Hong Kong. While we entered inside, we're actually asked to stand beside and wait the table seat. I saw many people queue outside as well. The waiter there screamed until his voice becomes very 'sexy'.

I really love Po Lo Yau, Egg tart and Spicy Chicken Wings there. The Po Lo Yau is really soft and melted in my mouth. See the photo, how happy Alison is. LOL. The egg tart is really hot, soft. And the chicken wing is really tasty. Yummy yummy...

My 2nd times to Hong Kong

Actually I really like to shop at Hong Kong. It's really a good place for me to do my shopping. Anyway, many of friends recommended Taiwan is another place for someone shopaholic. Of course, I love Hong Kong most, I can visit my Hong Kong friends as well.

Last year when I was at Hong Kong, happy to know Debby and Chichi. Thanks again to their kindness on spending their time brought us around, especially eating a lot of their dessert, and local nice food. That time was my first time tasted soft and nice beef. This is seldom happen in Malaysia.

This time our tour guides (Maymay and Merry) are very special. I remembered how we know them. They added me in their Facebook and I know they like Malaysia so well. Why they like Malaysia? Only they have the answer.. :D Many kind of food I tried this time, no matter is Taiwan food, Ireland food, Hong Kong food, etc. All we tried.

Beside that I enjoyed a lot is shopping. I really buy a lot this year, much more than last year. Last year the summer make me frustrated, could not even stay outside too long. I will keep think on water and toilet. :D This time not hot and not cold. The weather is really good for me.

The most happiest during the trip was visiting the snoopy world. This was never planned in our trip. Thanks Maymay and Merry remind us.

I know Fong Lye Taiwan Restaurant from my friends and also some bloggers. After my cameron trip, we did not meet up each other. Last Saturday we had our dinner gathering at Fong Lye Taiwan Restaurant at the Garden. This restaurant located at 3rd floor The Garden.

While we reached there, I just wonder there was a long queue at the entrance. It made me more curious on their foods. Of course this was the information miss out from our information provider. LOL.

The portion of the food is not big. Their service is fast. We did not wait too long for our food after our order was taken. But the price is a bit costy for me. Anyway, i may try it next time on their snow ice. It taste nice that ordered by both C.

Fire Drill

I am working at Twin Tower almost 5 years. On Nov 18, this was my first time experienced fire drill at Twin Tower. At first, thought we needed to walk down using staircase. Luckily they just walked down from level 45 to 42. Then allowed us to take escalator go down.

All of us leaded to KLCC park garden. There got so many polices guide beside us. Once we thought to escape from the lead, they will disallow us to do. While we walked to our own level destination, we needed to register ourselves. Once they get the exact number of staff on every level.

It's really too hot. Even though they provided us the water, but I really felt uncomfortable to my height heel and hot weather. We're there almost 2 hours for their announcement on going back to our office. Finally my colleagues and I decided to move ourselves to Old Town, Ampang Park to have our early lunch after the registration.

Recently, my colleague recommended and forced me to watch the Taiwan series, Magic 18. While I started watch this series, I was attracted by Jacky Chang in the series. I still remembered while I was teenager, he was always an idol in most of Taiwan series. Now he is a father in this series. Of course, most of the actors in the series still I recognized. I have tried many times Xiu Long Bao at Din Tai Fung, Mid valley. It's really nice. Last few days, I watch youtube and realised Din Tai Fung is original from Taiwan. It's nice, tasty, and best.

I always hang out on Saturday. It's really a good treat for myself after 5-day busy working. Last Saturday, we went to Din Tai Fung again, purposely wanna let Jacey try the xiu long bao there. She loves it so much. LOL. We ordered quite a lot of foods. Finally we also finished all the foods.

After lunch, we shopped at Mid Valley. Then we had a tea time at delicious. I love the design there, but not the menu. I'm visualized person, always order the food with picture one.

What actually you do at facebook? At first, I was building my own social network to link back all my old friends (unfortunately it’s not really work). Then it becomes my photo sharing, due to every friend in my network could leave their comments and it becomes more interactive.

Sooner and sooner, beside that photos sharing and interactive comments, I felt facebook is not really fun for me. Initially game is not really my focus. Until one day I found out there are so many fun games that could find in facebook.

Now I start to play so many games at facebook, especially cooking food in café world. I even can affect “someone” not playing game to play. LOL… Of course annoying sometime those “youngster” kept chase me send gift to them. Just wondering why they so clever playing at facebook without guidance?

Japanese lunch

A little boy's birthday invitation

It's not the first time I accepted kid birthday invitation. But this time is kinda special for me, cos this little boy, Terng Jing's mother called me last week to inform me they are going to celebrate her son 7 years old birthday at Royal China restaurant. Wow...

Last week after work, I went to buy him a birthday present. This was really a big headache for me. I know what actually he like most, BEN 10. Unfortunately, it's expensive and not advisable present in my idea. Finally I bought him a tumbling tower. It's good and nice to train his calmness and thinking.

We're enjoyed good meal, good k-time, and good birthday party. Happy birthday to little boy, Terng Jing!

Pork Noodle at Taman Bahagia

I had try pork noodle twice at Kean Fatt Restaurant, Taman Bahagia. We need to take our patient to wait for a long queue and the boss will always asking us whether can wait not. Some of people might not understand why it took so long to wait for just a pork noodle.

While the pork noodle served on my table, I will took one sip of the soup first. It's so amazing by the sweetness of porky soup. Then only continue enjoy a nice pork noodle.

Anyway, I will keep coming back for more nice pork noodle.

Just few minutes ago, I received a call from IDD number +60306. A girl was crying over the phone and calling me, "Rescue me, mum...". I straight forward told her "You're calling the wrong number". This is not I cold blooded or stone heart.

Quite some while ago, my friend's mum was getting the same kind of call. Some more asking her to give money. Luckily she felt worried and called all her daughters to confirm everyone, then only know it's just a track.

It's not fun and those caller looks more cruel to me, how they can treat a mother like this? They are really TOO MUCH. And this action is really make me feel angry, mad. They never think on others.

15-min exercise per day

Actually my therapy doctor advices me many times on doing exercise and adjusting my rest posture, it looks really hard for me. At first, I tried myself to wake up early morning on every Saturday morning to have at least one round jogging around my housing area. It's not working on every Saturday due to busy work and laziness.

Last Sunday I went to see my therapy doctor, he tried to release my muscles around shoulder, neck, and hands. All are too tight for me and he said, "even God also cannot help me". I understand honestly. If there is no action for me to help myself, there is really no one can help me.

Normally I will take bath and follow by my dinner after my work everyday. Now I change the sequence, take my dinner first, continue by do 15-min exercise, then only take bath. Hope it's helpful to myself. Seem I bought a Denise Austin's fitness DVD few months ago. I followed her instruction for 15-min on my shoulder and arm. Her word is actually attracting me as well, "You will get your sexy arm". Yes, I want it.

Working space

Actually my company did mention many years regarding moving out from our current office to a bigger office space. But the costing is always the main issue disallow us to move out.

Normally those sales and consultants are not based in office. Most of the time they are based in client's side. Only our team and back office are always in office. Unfortunately now the team is expanding, there is not enough space for us to sit.

Last week, top management personnel came to KL and decide to remove the conference room and make the office space becomes bigger. Yesterday night the wall removed and we need time to get use to it again.

Monday after work, I shopped myself at Isetan check out what gift that actually I could buy for little boy, Terng Jing (Received his mother's call, invited me to his birthday party on coming Saturday night at Royal China Restaurant). I went to Damansara Utama having breakfast last Friday after an early shooting. That time was already 9am morning. It still breakfast time for me.

Juan suggested having nice nasi lemak at Village Park Restaurant. I known it opens by a chinese muslim. We ordered a set of nasi lemak and another coffee set. The nasi lemak is nice to me.

We ordered 1 nasi lemak, 1 coffee set (2 boiled egg and baked bread) and 2 white coffee, only costed us RM14.20.

I can say Google is top famous Search engine in this world now. It's getting more and more people want to come out a new search engine to replace it. Personally, I like Google search engine very well.

Before I received a forward email regarding Google is the best place to work for. Google is not just a company. It also concerns their employee's needs no matter physically or mentally. They provides a lot of free facilities and privillenges for their employee, such as free food, free fitness, free massage, etc.

It's unbelievable if I am one of them. :D

I Miss Hong Kong Food

On this coming November, I will have a relaxing trip to Hong Kong. Why again I go to Hong Kong this time? There got so many people and foodies that I miss so much. I hope can bring them back to Malaysia, especially curry fish ball there. Yum yum.

Of course I love shopping at Hong Kong as well. Hope this time I can buy those things I wish to get. :p

terrible pain on my shoulder and neck

Start from last week, i felt terrible pain on my shoulder and neck. Until now, it's already 1 week, could not recover from my 'normal sickness'. I mentioned it's normal cos it's always happen on me since 2 years ago. Sigh.. no matter how hard i massage on it, after few minutes, the painful comes back again.

This morning when I reached office, I started search information of some exercise could help me relax my shoulder and neck.

Step1: 在进行运动之前，我们要首先进行一些颈部按摩。第一步，用双手按住耳后，接着慢慢向下按摩直到锁骨位置。接着，再用双手轻按颈部(如图所示)，这样可以有效促进血液和淋巴循环，防止其通行不畅。

Step2: 接着，将双手慢慢向下移，沿着颈部到肩膀的方向，用手指的力量按摩各个位置，有效缓解因为一天的工作而导致的僵硬和疲劳。此外，来回反复按摩也可以帮助体内的废弃物和多余脂肪通过毛孔排出。

Step3: 接下来就开始进行颈部的来回活动，首先就是用手臂抱头，手掌紧贴头部，头部向手臂的方向慢慢倾倒（如图所示），注意身体不可倾斜。这个动作可以帮助拉伸颈部肌肉，缓解疲劳，对治疗落枕也有作用。

Step4: 最后，将头部向左向右转，转动头部的同时眼睛看向头部转动的方向，身体保持直立，肩膀放松不要拱起。长期伏案工作会让颈部肌肉僵硬，并导致左右可转动的区域缩小，这个动作可以让颈部活动更加灵活。

First Photo Competition Trophy I Had

Thanks again Alison’s encouragement on pushing me to join a photo competition, “Love Begins at Home”. This was my first time get prize in the photo competition. I was happy even it just a consolation prize. The photo was taken during this early year for Alison’s family.

When the organizer called me, I was getting into final list. It shocked me. Of course, I surprised as well. For me, it’s just a very common photo. But I really loved their smiley face. I can feel the love is really starting from Home.

At last, I had known the photo shared in Sin Chew newsletter on 10 July. Some more a nice sentence "一样的笑容 - 温馨的家,孕育出一致的笑容" wrote under the photo. It met sense. :D

Last Saturday, 15 Aug, my FB friend, Michael Chong helped me to get my trophy from the organizer due to he is from Kuantan and he came to KL attend KLPF. Thank you brother Michael helped me to pass this trophy for me. Happy first time meet up with him and his family.

Cycling

It’s really long time I never cycling. I cannot even remember when my last cycling is. Actually I had little nervous while invited to Bukit Cahaya last Sunday.

When we reached there, almost all nice bicycles are taken by others. I just known so many youngsters work out on this healthy activities. I thought youngsters nowadays are stick themselves on computer games, internet and mobile. I’m happy still can find some having the healthy activities here. Honestly I like to see them in outdoor activities like cycling.

I feel myself is bit heavy to cycle up the hillside. Anyway, I still like this activity. It could burn a lot of calories. Of course I will go again without my big camera. Gonna enjoy myself cycling with compact camera for fun.

My Honeymoon Dessert

I found out My HONEYMOON dessert from a flyer. Then Alison did mention me the new dessert house she found out at the same time. We did visit the branch at One Utama.

On 9 Aug, we went there for dessert supper. It reminds me every night I had desserts before my bed during 2008 Hong Kong trip. I really miss Hui Lau Shan Healthy Dessert at Hong Kong.

Now Malaysia is getting more and more this kind of dessert house. The dessert at My HONEYMOON looks similar like the one I tasted at Hong Kong. But the price is costly. :D

At last, Happy Birthday to Alison. :D

Dragon-I Lunch

I still remember how nice the lunch I had at Din Tai Fung is which located at Mid Valley. So we decided to have our lunch at Dragon-I, One Utama. Cos Din Tai Fung do not have any branch at One Utama.

Initially we planned to order the same dishes that we ordered at Din Tai Fung. At last, we miss ‘xiu long bao’ there. So we ordered ‘xiu long bao’, one vegetable, one seafood clay pot and wantan soup.

Christal & Alison's Birthday

Christal and Alison’s birthday are close. This year we suggested celebrating their birthday together. I planned to go Euro Deli. The first reason is Alison had never been there before. Then Christal liked to have beer. As I know there got nice German beer. :D

This is the question that I asked last 2 weeks (if not mistaken) in my facebook. Jacey did tell me "follow my heart" and Sophia told me "Just do it". :D

So what should I do now? It's time to update my blog.

On 25 July, I went to Bubba Gump again. Sometime I felt headache on what to eat. Bubba Gump, is not what I choose. But I love their side order shrimp there.

We ordered 2 side orders shrimps. I kept remember what Christal ordered last time, it failed. I need a lot of vitamin to strengthen my memories.

Setapak, Ipoh & Cameron Trip 2009

Maymay and Merry came from Hong Kong a weeks ago. Alison, Christal, and I planned to cameron for a trip. Alison and I brought them for a food trip around Setapak area. We ate a lot of food within one morning, roti bakar telur, roti tissue, ban mee, fish head noodle and....

Christal brought us to Cheras and ate bak kuh teh, wine chicken soup, vinegar pork leg, ... She told it's famous. I was too full until could not judge the taste.

After that, we departed to Ipoh. We went to 'duk duk dei' house to have a rest. 'Duk duk dei' brought us to eat durian. He was really good in choosing nice durian. Then we ate famous 'ayam tauge and koitiau'.

Then next day we went to eat Hakka mee. This was my first time eating it. It's nice and tasty.

At cameron, we went to strawberry farm. We enjoyed taking photo there. :D

Christal's birthday will coming soon. I planned together with Alison to have a birthday party for her.

As requested by Maymay and Merry, we went to tea farm before we back to KL.

On July 11, Juan and I went to get some HK currency at Mid Valley. Then we walked to the Garden for hunting nice food. Finally we chose Din Tai Fung.

We ordered 1 vegetable, 1 chicken and 1 soup. All were really nice to us. Until today, we still miss the chicken they served. Yum yum.

After 1 hour enjoy, we finished all the foods.. wakaka... yum yum...

Dessert time at My Honeymoon

I know MY Honeymoon in a booklet in a clinic when visited doctor last week. It’s Hong Kong style desserts. I ordered Sweet Ball Coated, it looks like the tong yuan that make by Foochow people. Then I read thru the whole menu to find Durian Pan Cake. I love Durian Pan Cake after I back from Hong Kong trip last year.

My friend ordered cold Banana Purple Rice Soup and she loves it so much due to not too sweet as normal served. I ordered something light, so chose Hot Sea Conunut Chestnut Soup. Due to my doctor’s advice, I try to drink hot one.

My Honeymoon got 2 branches as I know, one at One Utama and another located at Kepong. I will go again due to healthy and not too sweet desserts served and bring my DSLR camera along.

针对臀部、大腿及小腿

双腿并拢，膝盖微屈，挺直上身。向前提膝至髋骨高度，然后放下腿向后伸，注意脚部不要着地。此动作应做3组，每组重复15次。
作用：很好的热身动作，是对整个腿部、臀部和背部非常有效的练习。

TIPS：动作要慢，肌肉应处于紧张状态。要注意膝盖弯曲的程度，在整个动作过程中应该一直能看到自己的脚尖。
针对腰部及大腿

TIPS：应时刻有意识地下拉肩部，要用力保持肩部不会前后晃动。

侧身躺下，脚部向后，膝盖、髋骨和肩部应在一条直线上。撑起上身，肘部的位置应在肩部的正下方，肩部保持不动，将髋骨尽可能向上提，然后放下。此动作应做3组，每组重复12次。

作用：腰侧和大腿外侧肌肉能够得到很好的锻炼。
针对臀部和大腿

背部向下平躺，膝盖弯曲，双脚着地，双腿膝盖以下部分应紧紧并起。向上提臀，保持肩部着地，当髋骨达到最高点时，用力夹紧双腿膝盖。

作用：臀部和大腿内侧肌肉会变得紧致结实。

TIPS：动作尽可能慢，并且尽可能地用力。
针对腹部

平躺，抬起双腿，小腿保持水平如同放在椅子上。双手在脑后交叉，肘部朝外，上身离开地面向上。上身放下，将膝盖靠向胸部，然后放下双腿。此动作应做3组，每组重复10次。

作用：整个腹部肌肉得到最大程度的锻炼。

TIPS：整个过程中都应该注意吸气收腹。
针对腹部和腰部

平躺，举起双腿，小腿保持水平如同放在椅子上。双手在胸前做抱球状，腰部和双手同时转动画圆，腰部做尽可能小的转动，注意保持身体其他部分不动。此动作应做3组，每组10圈，每个方向各5圈。

作用：让你拥有迷人的腰部线条。腹侧的肌肉得到充分运动，同时上腹部和小腹也得到锻炼。

TIPS：整个过程中都应该注意吸气收腹。

缩腹锻炼法

因此，您可以通过一些简单的局部锻炼方法，帮助自己锻炼腰部、臀部、大腿与腹部肌肉，使自己的身材更为健美。

锻炼的方式很多，并不是一定要花钱到健身房，才能有锻炼的效果。

以下将教给您运用身边的道具，自己在家中就可以随时操作练习。锻炼并不在于多，而是在于能持之以恒。

自觉性地将腹部往内缩，再内缩，这是有氧运动的经常动作之一。因为简单，所以在日常生活中也可以经常练习。

大多数上班族的工作都是坐在办公桌前，较少有锻炼的机会，久而久之就容易形成小腹的脂肪堆积，以及臀部肌肉松垮下垂。

因此，如果能经常进行腹部内缩的练习，养成习惯后，您就会不自觉地经常练习这个动作，这就可以保持腹部肌肉的结实，防止小腹突起。

刚开始锻炼时，不妨将速度放缓慢，次数不拘，等到习惯动作后，可以慢慢增加练习的次数。刚开始时，也许会感到小腹有一点酸痛，这是正常的现象，等一段时间的练习过后，便会习惯，酸痛感也会逐渐消失。

Crocs and Nike Sandal

Before my trip to Vietnam, I planned to have a nice color Nike sandal. Unfortunately Nike seldom have much design and color for the sandal. Last year I also tried to get during my trip to Hong Kong. I found one, but the color is not that I want.

Luckily and finally I found it last saturday at The Garden. It's Nike Kids Sandal. My foot is small, so I still able to wear Kids size UK6. I was happy to get a Nike sandal with the color I liked and a good price, RM89.

After that I visited to Crocs, that's the purpose why I visited Mid Valley last saturday. My foot is always pain this few months. It makes me suffer while walking.

I saw Alison keep wearing Crocs everywhere. Hope Crocs can reduce my foot pain. I love it so much when my foot first tried on it. No wonder the outlet is always crowded.

Family Trip 2009 - Zoo Negara and Aquaria

Few months ago, my dad already booked his flight to Kuala Lumpur for his 7D6N trip. He brought 2 friends came along, 1 is aged 70++ (forgot to ask his name) and another one is only 19 years old, named Federic. It's a big variance, right?

I arranged he went to Genting Highland for 3D2N. On the third day, the driver fetch him to hotel at KL. After work, my brother and I went to have dinner with him near by the hotel. The arranged hotel is not good. He found the hotel he stayed last time, Mandarin Pacific Hotel. He booked the hotel there and moved there the next day.

I purposely on leave on 30th April. We went to Zoo Negara. My dad agreed to take bus. Anyway I regret while discovered the bus took a longer time to zoo. The bus drove thru a lot of gardens. Sigh.. I gonna sleep inside the bus. Finally we reached zoo. This was the first time he requested to be there. I surprised too. They all felt so happy while seeing those animals.

After the zoo, I brought them to Aquaria at KL Convention Centre. Fedric and I took a photo together at Aquaria. I asked my dad took together, he don't dare to take. :D Hahaa...

Seoul Garden [at] One Utama

Last saturday, I was hunting nice food at One utama together with Alison. We had a photo shooting for a fullmoon party. She was thinking to look the furniture and accessories for her new house.

Finally we chose this Seoul Garden that we never had before. This was a korea buffet restaurant. The lunch was only around RM25++ if not mistaken.

Tenji Japanese Buffet

This was the only way I could enjoy a day so relaxing and enjoyable. That was on leave. Wakaka…. Last month, I was purposely applied 1 day annual leave for 2 main reasons. Firstly, I reserved Tenji Japanese Buffet for 2 persons finally on 6th of April. It was really hard to make the booking during weekend. Then, another reason was I really tiring on working. I needed a break.

Hot Balloon

Again, it’s quite a long time I never update my blog. Just now I viewed the photos I took recently. Wow… I was not sharing the Hot Balloon Fiesta that first time organized in Malaysia, Putrajaya on 22nd of March.

I went there early Sunday morning. This was the only time I could join. The sky was not great that morning. But I enjoyed so much myself too. It was first time I saw them the way the make the big balloon fly up to the sky.

Ipoh Penang Trip on March 2009

Last month (13-14 March) I went to Penang together with Alison and Christal. I was tired on working, always wish to have a good long holiday. It seems hard for me, that I understand my boss would not approve the long leave for me.

Anyway, this short trip was really relaxing and great enough for me. We stopped at Melissa's house (Ipoh) for our first night. She and Tuck brought us to eat Ipoh Tauge Chicken Rice and Hor Fun. Then have a drink outside.

We had our breakfast in Ipoh on the next day morning. Then start our journey to Penang. Melissa was also follow us.

We enjoyed ourselves in Penang with a lot of nice foods, especially the giant rojak that I missed so much at Gurney Drive. :D haha.. Beside that I visited Toy Museum. Yeah!! it's really full of toy.

Chin Swee Cave Temple & Genting Highlands

I do not know there got a temple located in the site of Genting Highlands. On the way we up to Genting Highlands, PT mentioned about this temple. Others all knew about this temple.

PT purposely drove me to this temple to have a look. We walked around this temple and took some photos there.

After that, we continued our journey to Genting Highlands. What I did there? Shopping.. it's really special short trip for me, purposely for few hours shopping there.

Fullhouse [at] NZX

I know this restaurant few months ago thru all my friends showed in their facebook. Of course, I did a little google and found it's locating at NZX, Ara Damansara. I like the concept of the nice decoration plus nice things they are able to sell out if their customer really to make it their own.

It's really happy they not only selling the nice decoration, but also offer their nice and delicious food. The price is reasonable too.

I love street shooting, but everytime I am embarras and worry if people not allow me to photograph on them or their stuff.

Last saturday, I manage to have some street shooting at NZX. I enjoyed so much there and felt that I need to have more street shooting to give me more practise on camera setting according to different situation.

NZX is using disneyland cartoon theme for their decoration. There have a lot of disneyland cartoon characters at NZX. I like the shot on donald duck.

I found there have so many stall selling flowers. It's so beautiful, and i tried to take some photo on it. :D

Hancock and Incredible Hulk

I tried to clean data in my external HDD. It's really full of data that I could not remember. Sometime I do not know what actually need to backup inside the external HDD. All the time, I will keep all the things that I do not have time to look on at the moment inside it.

My colleague always like to share her movie copy with us. So I did save a lot of movie inside my external HDD. Finally I finished 2 movies in 1 hour with fast forward mode. :D

Actually I should blog this before Chinese New Year. It bought before I went back holiday for a long break. :D

Samsung LCD 933BW

I bought a high speed CPU and a new 19" LCD monitor. Now I can process RAW file in photoshop faster and quickly, no more keeping longer waiting time for the software to load and process the effect. Wow.. i love it so much..
